Exchange & Refunds
- If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you have 2 weeks to return the product for a refund or exchange.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to send the product back to us, and delivery charges are non-refundable.
- The product must be in its original packaging. Damaged or used items will not be accepted.
- To request a refund or exchange, please include a copy of your sales invoice and mention the reason for return or exchange.
- Please allow us 5 days to process your return or exchange request.
